Emerald Barbell is an Olympic weightlifting club and online coaching team founded by Gary Sean Harvey.

We coach lifters and everyday athletes who want to get lean, build muscle, or learn the snatch and clean & jerk properly — with technique and movement quality at the centre of everything we teach, not just heavier numbers.

Small by design. We'd rather coach fewer people properly than a crowd badly.
